Tobacco Use and Abuse

 

Possession or use of any tobacco product by a student on school property, in school vehicles, or at school activities is prohibited. Schools will make every effort to provide effective educational interventions for student tobacco violations. Any student violating the nonsmoking, tobacco-free provisions of this code is subject to discipline under the provisions of this code. Schools will make every effort to provide effective educational interventions for student policy violations.
