If a former student wishes to have a copy of his/her official high school transcript sent to a college, university, or other institution, please use the Parchment button above to begin the request process.

Due to federal law, information concerning a former student's record cannot be released until a records release form has been submitted. If a student is under 18 years of age, the form must be signed by a parent/guardian. The request must include the correct mailing address to which the transcript is to be sent.
