Records & Transcripts
Due to federal law, information concerning a former student's record cannot be released until a records release form has been submitted. If a student is under 18 years of age, the form must be signed by a parent/guardian. The request must include the correct mailing address to which the transcript is to be sent.

How do I withdraw my child from a Durango School District 9-R school?
Go to the 9-R school where the student is currently enrolled. Sign Withdrawal Forms so your child’s records can be processed for the new school. You must provide the new school's name and address.
I have moved, but did not complete the withdrawal forms for my child. How do I have my child's records sent to the new school?
