The Hub
Who We Are
Vision
Our vision is to create a physical 'hub' for Durango School District children and youth to access critically needed educational and community-based services, allowing for educational and health equity across all populations and needs.
Staff
The Middle School Therapeutic Team includes a lead academic teacher, a SEL lead teacher, a therapeutic aide, a social worker, and a licensed clinical therapist.
The High School Therapeutic Team includes a special education teacher, two therapists, a caseworker, a social worker, and a therapeutic aide. Our trained therapists focus on a person centered and strength based approach, and are able to provide services to the students in a group and individual setting. Additionally, our case worker is able to provide intensive case management services to the students and families with a focus on navigating various systems, resource connection, and teaching and implementing a life's skills program for our youth.
