Disciplinary Information

 

The student and parent/guardian shall be notified whenever disciplinary information has been communicated to a teacher or counselor who has direct contact with the student.

 

The student and parent/guardian shall be allowed to challenge the accuracy of the disciplinary information.

 

The administration shall implement procedures, consistent with state and federal law that allow the student and parent/guardian to challenge the accuracy of the disciplinary information.

 

All student conduct resulting in out-of-school suspension or expulsion will be recorded in the student’s cumulative file and in the electronic student management system.
