10.0 Expulsion Prevention
10.1
Each school will identify students who are at risk of being suspended and/or expelled from school.
10.2
Those students who are at-risk include, but are not limited to, students who have been declared habitually truant or are likely to be declared habitually disruptive.
10.3
The administration will implement procedures concerning the identification of at-risk students and the provision of services to at-risk students as provided by state law. The school will work with the student’s parents/guardians in providing the necessary support services to help students stay in school. These services may be provided through agreements with appropriate community agencies. (C.R.S. 22-33-202)
