What is the Infinite Campus Portal?

The Infinite Campus Portal is a digital tool designed to help Durango School District (DSD) families and students stay connected, engaged, and up-to-date. Infinite Campus Portal offers access to the following information and features:

  • Student attendance records

  • Assignments, grades, and schedules

  • School-based messages

  • Meal account balances and online payments via debit/credit card (Online payments should be made via the Parent Portal only.)

  • Emergency communications contact options

  • Campus Parent smartphone app for on-the-go access

How to obtain an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account

Parents must request an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, which gives access to all of the above-listed information and services. Submit your request for a new Parent Portal account.

Login information for your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account

  • Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal here.

  • Upon your first login, you may be required to immediately change your password. If not directed to do so, please go to "Account Management" and change your password to something unique and memorable.

Forgot your username or password?

Keep your username and password in a secure place. If you have forgotten your login username or password, you have several options for recovery.

How to locate your username

  • If you know your Infinite Campus security email (the email address of the primary contact you listed in your Infinite Campus account), you may recover your username by clicking the "Forgot Username?" link on the Infinite Campus login page, then following the prompts.

  • If you do not remember your Infinite Campus security email, please contact your school's front office for assistance or submit an Infinite Campus username-recovery request.


How to reset your password

  • If you know your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and security email (the email address of the primary contact you listed in your Infinite Campus account), you may reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the Infinite Campus login page and following the prompts. Password-reset information will be sent to the security email you listed in your Infinite Campus account. 

  • If you do not remember your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and security email, or need additional assistance with resetting your password, please contact your school's front office or submit an Infinite Campus password-reset request.

Using the Campus Parent app

  • Once you have logged into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you can download the Campus Parent app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

  • Enter District Name: Durango and State: Colorado. Click Search. Click Durango, then enter your username and password credentials to set up your account on your phone or tablet.
