Durango 9-R collaborates with many community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational or enrichment nature for students or staff. If they fit our criteria and follow our policy, these groups are allowed to distribute materials electronically through Peachjar. The District does not allow any printed flyers to be delivered, posted, or hand-delivered to students at our schools. Digital flyers delivered via email through Peachjar software enables community groups to easily reach parents electronically year-round and increase registrations for their programs, activities, and events. Parents appreciate Peachjar because they can easily access important information and resources from their school and community and click to take action.
Any agency that offers an activity or service for a fee to parents, students, or staff – even with scholarships or discounts for certain groups – must pay a $25 fee per school via Peachjar (details below). The District enforces the same policy for all community groups, businesses and agencies, regardless of their size, nonprofit status, fundraising need, or perceived benefits to the community. We reserve the right to reject any flyer that does not fit the criteria of our distribution policy.
HOW TO SUBMIT ELECTRONIC FLYERS TO PEACHJAR
To facilitate delivery of this information, approved community organizations can send their flyers home to families digitally through Peachjar.
To request flyer approval, follow the steps below:
- Visit www.peachjar.com
- Register as a Program Provider (account type)
- Upload your flyer for approval
- BE SURE TO SELECT A FUTURE WEDNESDAY FOR DISTRIBUTION TO AVOID DENIAL, flyers are only sent on WEDNESDAYS, confirm that the date you request falls on a WEDNESDAY.

- FREE for all truly free events and programs that enrich current 9-R curriculum
If you believe you qualify for free distribution, please email
