While our students and staff are enjoying summer break, our Bond team is hard at work creating new structures and improving existing school buildings. All summer improvements projects are off to a great start on schedule. Miller and Impact buildings are making fast progress with the more favorable weather lately, and both are currently tracking per schedule.

What is the best way to kick off a new building? With fanfare from the Durango High School Band! Students, staff and community members are welcome to celebrate a dream come true with a rousing mini-performance on Monday during the lunch hour at Durango High School, on Monday Sept. 19.
Currently 23% of the Bond funds have been committed, with abut 77% left. Local participation remains strong, with about 63% of funds allocated locally (74% when charter allocations are included).
