Funded by the 2024 Investing in Our Schools bond, these milestone projects ensure modern facilities and critical support for DSD educators and students.
Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)
The committee continues to meet monthly with the purpose of overseeing the process, validating that spending conforms to ballot language, and reviewing the budget.
Long-Range Planning Committee (LRPC)
The LRPC will begin meeting again in November 2026, continuing its focus on the district's long-term plans regarding school consolidation and replacement.
Three Springs Elementary School (TSES)
Work on the Wilson Gulch roadway and the school site itself continues to progress smoothly. The road surface will soon be poured, and curbs and sidewalks are already in place. Pouring this road will provide tremendous benefit by allowing more direct access to the construction site for the duration of the project. As for the school itself, all foundations are poured, and we are very close to seeing some vertical construction.
Workforce Housing
The district's staff housing program currently sits at approximately 94% occupancy. In response to this demand, the Board of Education authorized expanding the program, and the district is under contract to purchase at least six townhomes to create both geographic and unit-type diversity in the district's workforce housing portfolio.

A copy of the master schedule will be included in all future updates. It is critical to note that with a program this large, things may change along the way.
