Launching on Aug. 25, DHSOP is designed for students who want or need a flexible learning environment without giving up the experiences and support of a traditional high school.
Students enrolled in DHSOP can learn online while remaining part of DHS, with opportunities to participate in athletics, clubs and activities, counseling and student support, homecoming, prom, graduation, and more. Students earn a Durango High School diploma and have access to the people and resources of their local school community.
DHSOP may be a good fit for students seeking greater flexibility because of work, athletics, health and wellness, family circumstances, travel, or simply a learning environment that better meets their individual needs.
