Erin Kaplan, Instructional Coach at Animas Valley Elementary School, won the final Bravo Award of the 2025-26 school year for being a Confident Communicator and an Empathetic Collaborator. She is being honored for her encouraging and supportive approach as an instructional coach, her deep understanding of various teaching roles, and her dedication to fostering an inviting and uplifting atmosphere for her team.
