Kay Woodworth, Paraprofessional at Fort Lewis Mesa Elementary School, won this week’s staff Bravo Award for being an Empathetic Collaborator. She is being honored for treating every person in the building with respect and empathy, and for her kindness and patience while supporting the school’s most vulnerable students.
