To provide context, we are also sharing posted current market rental rates for the Durango area that we obtained through a market study in June 2025. These comparisons are intended to help illustrate the potential savings associated with the Lightner Creek Apartments workforce housing initiative.

A full set of housing guidelines will be released following Winter Break. We anticipate holding the first housing lottery in February, with employees who are selected for housing being notified by March. We remain on track for employees to begin moving into the Lightner Creek Apartments by July 1, 2026, and may have opportunities for staff even earlier.
