Bond Update: Jacobs presented updates on all projects funded by both bonds across the district. All projects are on track and on budget.

Design Presentation: RTA Architects shared design and schematic plans for the new elementary school being built at Three Springs.

Financials: Director of Finance Kira Horenn reported on first-quarter financials and how the district is managing funding cuts and rising costs.

Found the superintendent in compliance with Policy OE-03: Community Stakeholder Relationships.

Officially adopted the name Three Springs Elementary School (abbreviated as TSES) for the new school being built in that community, funded by the 2024 Investing in Our Schools Bond to replace Florida Mesa Elementary School.
