Vaccine clinic schedule
We will have vaccines available for employees and their family members at the following times and locations:

Wednesday, Oct. 1: 3-6 p.m. at Durango High School (2390 Main Ave.); for employees and their family members

Wednesday, Oct. 8: 12:30-2:45 p.m. at the District Administration Office (281 Sawyer Drive); for employees only

Wednesday, Oct. 8: 3:05-6 p.m. at the District Administration Office (281 Sawyer Drive); for employees and their family members

Wednesday, Oct. 15: 3:50 to 6:30 p.m. at Park Elementary School (510 E. 6th Ave.); for employees and their family members
The pharmacist can vaccinate individuals ages 3 and older. Children with Medicaid must be vaccinated at a doctor’s office, as Medicaid does not allow pharmacists to administer vaccines.

Available vaccines

Flu
-
COVID-19: Available for those younger than 65 with an underlying health condition (no documentation required). For ages 65 and older, standard registration applies.

Pneumonia: Recommended for ages 50 and older, or ages 18–49 with risk factors.

Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis): Required every 10 years.

Shingles: Two-dose series; first dose given at clinic. Recommended for ages 50 and older.

RSV: Recommended for ages 75 and older; for ages 50–74 with risk factors (such as asthma or COPD).

Hepatitis B: Two-dose series; first dose given at clinic. For anyone younger than 59 who did not receive it at birth (routine since 1991).

Hepatitis A: Two-dose series; first dose given at clinic. For those at increased risk, such as international travelers or high-exposure jobs.

HPV: Three-dose series; first dose given at clinic. Recommended for ages 27–45; also for those younger than 26 who have not completed the series.
How to register
To register yourself or a family member, please use the link below to request an appointment. Pre-registration is important so the pharmacist can plan vaccine quantities.

Employees must register using their district email address, even when scheduling for family members. All communication will be sent to the employee’s durangoschools.org email.
You will receive a follow-up email confirming your appointment time if your requested slot is available. If not, you will receive a link to resubmit.
What to bring
Bring your health insurance card and pharmacy card (if applicable). District insurance is not required; other providers are accepted.
If you are receiving a COVID booster and would like your COVID vaccination card updated, bring it to your appointment.
