Nathan says, "I am nominating James for the Bravo! Award because he is regularly an Empathetic Collaborator. We recently installed an emergency evacuation chair at Impact, and when he trained me on how to use it, he took the time to ensure I understood its functionality, and he carefully considered all of the questions I asked prior to answering.
"When James does security checks on the building doors, he makes sure to check in with me if I am available. Furthermore, there have been a number of occasions when James has stepped in to help move furniture at the Impact Center without being asked.
"All in all, James speaks softly, and carries an empathetic schtick. Thank you, James!"
