Autumn says, "Marci Bastin is all in when it comes to working with staff and students. She cares deeply for everyone in the building and shows up even when it is hard.
"She spends her days working in small groups with students, helping them achieve their best, and then coaching and helping teachers. With a newer classroom staff, this takes time and dedication. Marci even takes some of her own personal time to check in with staff and get things done.
