Jesse says, "Sallie has been supporting a passion project of two amazing high school students, Mia Sholes and Heidi Clay. Mia and Heidi have started a mentoring program where high school students will support elementary students during key times of the day.
"Sallie is one of the best creative problem-solvers I have met. Not only has she done an amazing job matching student strengths and schedules to Needham student needs, but she has done a very thorough job of providing the high school students with the training they need to be successful.
"We identified early on that we had no model or training manual, so Sallie created one all on her own. Without her persistence and problem-solving skills, this project wouldn't have gotten off the ground."
