“She truly wants the best for each and every one of our kids (& staff members). She’s empathetic, but courageous when she needs to set hard boundaries for the greater good of our little school. Our school could not run smoothly without Mary. She’s a resilient risk-taker every single day just by doing her job & she does a phenomenal job. She represents all the POG competencies.
