On the day of your vaccine appointment please bring your health insurance card and your pharmacy card with you to the appointment. You do not have to be covered through the district insurance to receive a vaccine; you can provide health insurance from another provider. Payment will be required for individuals who do not have active insurance coverage.
Itinerant staff are welcome to sign up at school locations where they serve. Please note the sign-up contact for clinics being hosted at school locations.
