Nicki has proven herself as a worthy accomplice with Mr. White and arranges the food in delectable ways, made new lunch sticks for the kids, and always rolls with our late lunch counts in a positive manner.”

The fruits are chilled, the fries are warm, and she even wants to hear from our students with a suggestion box about what their favorite veggies are! Our food takes on greater and greater heights with her working for our happily fed children. We are so glad to have her here with us, and watch her thrive as she creates a positive atmosphere in the large echoey cafe, the tummy of our school.”
