"She says what she means and means what she says, and it is all true and kind. Mrs. Flint always has a kind word for any student of the school that is relevant and meant for the child at the moment for a specific reason, giving value to the situation and with clear intentions and goals. Abbey saying hello to a student or colleague means recognition and appreciation for the person to be there with her and encourages connections and with a lovely tone. Her confident communications makes children want to communicate back verbally, with notes or pictures, chocolate, and even sign language!"
"Mrs. Flint also communicates digitally with families using Talking Points and emails. She sends positives glows and grows about our children to families and she sends reminders for upcoming events so families can help prepare their children to be successful for the day with snacks they need to bringing to permission slips for field trips!"
"In a world full of so many double words, different and amazing languages and confusing situations, Mrs. Flint is helping some of our youngest students get off to a meaningful and positive start with their education, encouraging them to be confident communicators with her words and actions in their careers!”
Congratulations Abbey!
