"It's nice to be asked by a team mate and trusted for a delicate conversation to see how to help our kids. That she shared with us and made us feel a true part of a team when we all were wondering how to go about things, was really showing empathy for us and helped us help her. We also see her in a different role, as a mother to our student and we know she empathetically collaborates with her children, our class, and as an educator because her kids are always set up for success and she shows how much she really cares about our days.
