“Shonda and Mr. Rick foster interdependence (good choices, serving self conscientiously and environmentally), connect with others (smiles at serving) and are so compassionate knowing the kids like tasteful, diverse, and ripe foods! The foods served up are sometimes new (huge plums) and familiar favorites (juicy peaches) and are always ripened to perfection! The enchiladas are sauced just enough and the cheese is so nice and melty that it connects with all the kids! We are so appreciative of their last minute help (sorry!!! We try to get the counts right the first time...) as we all know lunch count time can get hectic and how similar to their jobs, preparing for later early in the day.They are kind with portions and we hope they understand how much we appreciate their delightful demeanors and how hard they work. They seem to know just what we all need and when! Shonda always saves the day and works so well with Mr. Rick and they are gems in our staff and we can't wait for breakfast and lunch to see them and say hello. Thank you so much Shonda and Mr. Rick.”
