PD Day Schedule, Monday Nov. 6

Pre-School Paraprofessional Staff: 

All Pre-School Paraprofessional staff will be engaged in professional development at the Durango High School from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.  After that, Pre-School Staff are to complete coursework in Colorado Shines PDIS or attend PD with their respective teacher.

For the afternoon, staff can complete coursework in Colorado Shines PDIS, attend the afternoon Standard Response Protocol at the DoubleTree, or select coursework from the afternoon sessions at Escalante Middle School.

 

SpEd Paraprofessional Staff:  All Sped Paraprofessional staff should report to their representative buildings to prepare for online professional development starting at 8:00 a.m. Note, for Vector coursework, please submit a pre-approval form in ERO after discussing module selections with your supervisor. One pre-approval form per module!   

In the afternoon, SpEd Paraprofessionals may select from coursework on the schedule that falls under their line, or attend the afternoon Standard Response Protocol at the DoubleTree, or select coursework from the afternoon sessions at Escalante Middle School.

 

K-8 Instructional Paraprofessional Staff: 

All K-8 Instructional Paraprofessional staff will be in their representative buildings for their professional development.

For the afternoon, staff can attend the afternoon Standard Response Protocol at the DoubleTree, or select coursework from the afternoon sessions at Escalante Middle School.

 

ESP who are not Paraprofessionals: 

All other ESP staff, with the exception of Transportation, Nutrition, Infant/Toddler, and Safety/Security will report to Escalante Middle school for professional development unless they have registered to attend the Standard Response Protocol at the DoubleTree.

  • Transportation staff will report to the Bus Barn. 
  • Nutrition staff will report to the Durango High School- Farm to School area. 
  • Infant/Toddler staff will report to Durango High School. 
  • Safety/Security staff will report to the DoubleTree Hotel for Standard Response Protocol. 

For individuals attending sessions at Escalante, breakfast will be provided from 7:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m.
