She has created and shared beautiful, thoughtful, and intentional Crew lessons that align with the school's vision and values. She also made the high school registration process effortless this year by creating a 6-day lesson plan so that 8 crew teachers can lead more thought provoking lessons and navigate a new process seamlessly. She goes above and beyond to support her team and her students; during lunch you can find her preparing a game so that math is more fun and engaging; in the afternoons you can spot her tutoring in the after school program or keeping the books for the basketball and volleyball games. Escalante is blessed to have such a diligent and hardworking leader!”
