This workshop is an introduction to the more in-depth class offered by HomesFund. The workshop goal is to empower future homeowners with the hope and skills of becoming a homeowner.
The workshop will cover types of First-Time Home Buyer Programs, including: Down Payment Assistance (DPA), DPA Loans, DPA Grants, Federal First Time Home Buyer Programs, Government-Backed Loans, State and Local First-Time Home Buyer Programs, and Charitable or Nonprofit First-Time Home Buyer Programs.
