The micro lending program will assist our workforce to cash flow the initial burden of a rental lease. First Southwest Bank is offering low-cost, fixed-rate micro-loans of up to $5,000 to cover first month’s rent, last month’s rent and/or a security deposit for eligible La Plata County renters.
To qualify a local worker must make 80% AMI or less and enter into a one year lease agreement.
