Bond Oversight Committee Update - June 9, 2022

Current Cost Escalation/Market Conditions
We continue to see an average of 24% annual increase year over year in construction cost escalation since 2020 due to supply shortages, manufacturer product delays, shipping, and delivery delays for our recent projects. 2021 to 2022 data is consistent with this trend, and we anticipate a 0.65-0.75% increase per month through 2022.
