Sallie says “Briley was hired at Needham this school year as a Kindergarten teacher. Her class has typical needs of Kindergarteners ranging from opening milk, difficulty leaving parents, learning new routines, getting in each other’s space, sitting in chairs, following directions, just to name a few, and also significant needs of students that need a lot of additional support and planning. Briley is calm, collected and delivers wonderful lessons. Her morning routine is one that is so beautiful it will bring you to tears. She is building rapport by creating a safe environment with routine and ritual that everyone can count on and know that when they come to Needham, it will be a great day! She is making a community of little learners that work together and care about each other. She has been an incredible addition thus far to Needham and we are so grateful to her!”
