Who: Park Students - Kinder thru 5th Grade

MUST RSVP to attend. Register & pay online https://parkpto.wufoo.com/forms/parent-night-out-sign-up/. If you do not have online access, forms will be available in the front office.

$10 for one student
$15 for two sibling students
$20 for three sibling students

Price includes activities listed above, slice of pizza, grapes and water or lemonade. Space is limited and PTO will only accept the first 100 reservations.
