  • Quarterly bond update showing all projects on track and on budget, from Jacobs Project Manager Devon Merriman

  • Results Policy 04 compliance with Dr. Laurie Rossback, Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, including ways to improve the process and results collection

Actions we took

  • Approved the HR consent agenda

  • Approved June and August 2025 meeting minutes

  • Approved the presented FAC and DAAC member lists

  • Accepted edits to the probationary employee non-renewal process and the student board member selection process

  • Found the Superintendent in compliance with Policy OE-02: Succession Planning

  • Reviewed CASB resolutions and voted on support, amendment, or rejection of each

Community engagement

  • Announced the November 2025 board election

  • Heard from one remote participant who expressed concern about reported ICE actions near neighborhood schools
