Registration begins on the 8th of each month

(March opens on February 8th, April opens on March 8th, etc.)

The cost will be $14.50 per day. If your family turns in the free/reduced lunch application (it's available online at www.durangoschools.org under Student Nutrition) and qualifies, you will also qualify for the reduced rate of $10.00.

Additional financial assistance may be available to families who qualify. This assistance is available through the Colorado Child Care Assistance program (CCCAP) . Please visit their website here CCCAP for more information.

There is also financial assistance available through the Boys & Girls Club, thanks to some generous donors. A short application for this assistance is available at www.bgclaplata.org.

Registration will have several steps that need to be taken. All of these steps are required. Please do not try to skip over them, it will complicate the process.

1) Sign your child up for a FREE membership to the Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County at www.bgclaplata.org. This is available at all times if you would like to break up the work!

2) Sign up and pay for the days that you would like your child to attend at www.bgclaplata.org. We have a capacity of 30 kids at each school. This will be available beginning on the 8th of every month.

3) You will need to fill out a PAPER student information form. You can find a printable version at the top of this page. State law requires that we have a "wet" signature on this form. A lot of what you will fill out on this duplicates the information you give us when you sign up for a membership. Unfortunately, the state won't accept information from the membership software and our Boys & Girls Club charter requires that all children we serve have memberships.
